Cedar Valley offers relaxed glamping and camping on the beautiful Bereleigh Estate in Hampshire. Set among lush farmland and magnificent valleys in the heart of the Meon Valley, the site combines the appeal of pristine, well-kept camping fields with a thoughtfully curated collection of cedar-clad cabins and a safari tent, all styled with chic interiors and modern comforts.
Within easy reach of both London and the South Coast, and with unspoilt views across the South Downs, Cedar Valley has quickly become a much-loved countryside escape throughout the year.
Our glamping collection includes four luxury cabins (Woodland, Cedars, Oaks and Cowshed), alongside Betty the Bedford, a converted 1960s horsebox, and the Firs safari tent. For those seeking a more traditional camping experience, our two campsites, The Paddock and The Meadows, offer relaxed, spacious pitches in beautiful surroundings.
All guests are welcome to enjoy The Dell – home to ‘Boycie’, our much-loved retired school bus, our Tipi and magnificent sail cloth tent. Together they create a vibrant hub serving wood-fired pizzas, drinks, and café treats. Throughout the spring and summer months, visitors flock to The Dell for its laid-back, festival atmosphere – a safe, welcoming space where children can run free and grown-ups can properly unwind.
Our Accommodation
Safari Tent
Our fully furnished safari tent, Firs, offers the perfect countryside escape for families. Sleeping up to five guests across three bedrooms – two king-size doubles and one single – it provides plenty of space to relax and unwind.
Inside, you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen area with generous food preparation space, a gas hob, sink with hot running water, and a small fridge. The remainder of the tent is open-plan, with a comfortable living and dining area featuring cosy seating, a large farmhouse table and a warming wood-burning stove.
The front of the tent opens onto a private deck – the ideal spot for relaxed evenings and well-earned sundowners.
Camping
Our pristine campsites are set within the South Downs National Park, enjoying unspoilt views across the surrounding valleys and farmland. The Meadow and Paddock campsites are relaxed and spacious, welcoming both families and groups.
Our campsites are open from 24 April 2026 through to late September.
Cabins
Woodland Cabin and Cedars Cabin are nestled on the edge of the woodland, with beautiful views across the surrounding countryside. These cosy couples’ retreats offer a peaceful escape into nature, far from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Our Oaks Cabin is built in a similar contemporary style, but accommodates two additional guests on a mezzanine level.
The Cowshed has been created in a more traditional style and sleeps up to five guests. Its farmhouse kitchen and dining area feature large glass doors that open onto the deck, allowing guests to step out and fully appreciate the beautiful countryside setting.
Betty The Bedford
Betty the Bedford is a beautifully restored 1960s British Bedford horsebox, lovingly converted into a unique rural retreat in 2013. Tucked into an enchanting spot on the farm, Betty sleeps two and offers a wonderfully peaceful escape in nature.
Unwind in the outdoor Jacuzzi bath, enjoy sundowners on the deck, and rustle up a feast on the BBQ while taking in the surrounding views. Full of character and charm, Betty remains one of our most popular retreats.
