The Woodland cabin
Built in a contemporary style, the Woodland cabin is nestled in a secluded spot on the edge of woodland, with stunning views.
This cosy cabin in the woods is the perfect retreat and offers an escape into nature, away from the hustle and bustle of life. The bedroom has a large window that frames the spectacular landscape, as well as a toasty wood burning stove.
The interior is clad with reclaimed timber to give it a rustic charm, and as part of our sustainable building approach. This complements the retro chic design, with exposed pendant light bulbs in both the open plan kitchen and en-suite bathroom, making this a stylish getaway for couples.
Lie in bed and watch wild hares leap across the field as the sun comes up, then breakfast outside to a serenade of birdsong. The outdoor bath completes the experience, allowing guests to bathe alfresco under the stars!
Cedars cabin
Cedars is a luxury cabin, built in a similar style to Woodland and also tucked away on the edge of woodland, with an outdoor bath and shower!
Cedars has far reaching views over the valley, and offers total peace and tranquility for guests to enjoy. Under the canopy of the trees you will find a campfire surrounded by large sandstone boulders and a handmade oak table.
Everything has been carefully considered and beautifully designed to help our guests slow down, switch off and leave feeling revitalised. Try your hand at outdoor cooking and enjoy your meal under the stars!
The Cowshed cabin
The Cowshed cabins are the perfect space for families and comprise a converted bale wagon, a bedroom cabin built on a chassis, and a cowshed converted into a bathroom!
The bale wagon cabin houses an open plan kitchen-living area with a woodburner and modern amenities, as well as an adjoining dining room.
Both rooms have large glass doors that open out onto a deck so that our guests can admire the beautiful countryside. The adjoining cabin has two large bedrooms, one of which has a raised single bunk accommodating up to five guests.
The bathroom is adjacent to the cabins, with loos and showers and hot water on tap! Only a stones throw away is a fire pit nestled on the edge of the woodland to keep our guests toasty on starry nights.
Oaks cabin
Oaks is built in a similar style to the Cedars and Woodland cabins, but with a mezzanine level to accommodate two extra guests.
It is complete with an outdoor bath, a large deck and plenty of space for children to run wild!
The bathroom is in a separate cabin, only a short dash across the deck and is equipped with underfloor heating, toilet, shower and basin.
This cabin shares a field with our Cowshed cabin but is 50 metres away and totally private. Equally, the Cowshed and Oaks cabins are available for exclusive hire and work well for larger group bookings. Whats more, there is a safari tent between Oaks and Firs that can serve as a communal living space for larger groups.
