On-site sauna & cold plunge experiences with NERVA
Enjoy a little relaxation and rejuvenation during your stay at Cedar Valley with a private wood-fired sauna and cold plunge experience.
NERVA bring their mobile sauna and cold plunge directly to Cedar Valley, taking care of everything from setting up to guiding you through the experience.
Alternate between the warmth of the wood-fired sauna and the refreshing cold plunge, all in the beautiful surroundings of the Meon Valley. Perfect for couples, families and group celebrations, each experience can be tailored to suit your group. Optional extras include guided breathwork, sauna rituals, refreshments and a cosy fire pit to gather around.
